I am 24 years old 6 foot and 240lbs…. I can grab the rim pretty good when i get a head start… which is pretty good especially considering my size, been also trying to get my vertical up its at 30 inches naturally…
i want to get as much as i can….. im on the second week of the jump manual looks good and feels good you guys should pick it up i will be posting some of my progress on youtube!!!

I also am a very young teenager (11) about 5″ with a sloppy 16 or-so inch vertical. I have gone through little or no training at all. I really hope you can get me at least 2 times that because I have seen videos all over the internet of your handiwork with other clients. I have no gym membership. And also, please don’t make me buy a book or something.

Now see i can grab rim with ease but for some reason i cant dunk, i am a 13 year old boy i play aau basketabal for boo williams and i just want to no how i can get up higher to dunk
