      Yeah, I know Adam and his stuff is top notch.

      He is a top level high jumper so he knows A LOT about form.

      When it comes to form, I’d go with Adam, because that’s his forte :-)

    Great Stuff and so true, especially the last two steps: Using your entire body and transferring that momentum. Without those two, you will never jump high at all.
