How To Jump Higher While Getting Ripped, Six Pack Abs

This abs training video was made by my boy Mitch.

We went to the same college, and I frequently ran into him at the gym.

In fact, this video was shot in the very same gym I used to train in…

I remember Mitch being the go-to-guy at the gym, always helping others train and blast through their plateaus.

He is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to weight training, and I always turn to him for advice.

If you are tired of your current ab training workout and aren’t seeing good results with it, try his advanced ab exercises.

They will work to strengthen your core, give you six pack abs, and help you jump higher.

Air Up There Dominating The NBA Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown

The Air Up There a.k.a Mr. 720 (for his famous 720 dunk) is world-class when it comes to dunking.

I’ve personally never seen anyone who can jump higher than him.

He was born Taurian Fontenette, and hails from Hitchcock, Texas.

Just watch how high he gets up almost effortlessly…and the power he packs in each of his dunks.

Easily one of my favorite dunkers of all time, I hope he makes it to the NBA Slam Dunk contest.

If he does, LeBron, Dwight Howard and the rest will be in BIG trouble.

Damien Walters from the United Kingdom is a professional stuntman and free runner.

He also coaches gymnastics.

I just came across this video today and his stuff is INCREDIBLE.

It takes some serious flexibility, creativity, jumping ability and PRACTICE to do the stuff he does.

I wonder what his vertical jump is.

What do you think it is?

Alan Barch Jr. Breaks Vertical Jump World Record

Alan Barch Jr. is a 5’9″ athletic trainer who recently recorded the world’s first OFFICIAL
50 inch vertical jump.

This has to be the highest vertical jump ever recorded.

Many athletes have been RUMORED to have a 50 inch vertical leap, but they have never bothered to get tested.

Alan is the first who has OFFICIALLY been tested and measured.

It’s amazing to see how high he gets off the ground.

Here are the official results of his test:

Height: 5’9″

Standing reach: 7 feet 5.5 inches

Standing vertical jump: 50 inches

Running vertical jump: 54.5 inches

If this doesn’t inspire you to train harder, nothing will!

So if you want to take your vertical to the next level, read my review of the
best vertical jump programs right now.

Pick the one that best suits you, and follow it to the T (my favorite vertical jump program is the Jump Manual).

Challenge yourself to see how close you can get to Alan’s incredible feat.

Khadour Ziani Displaying His Incredible 50+ Inch Vertical Jump

Khadour Ziani is a 5′ 10″ French dunker (originally from Algeria) rumored to have a 56 inch vertical jump.

I don’t know if he can jump that high, but he is one of my favorite dunkers of all time (gotta rep for the short guys).

He has some pretty SICK dunks, especially when he jumps off one foot.

His signature dunk is a 360 off one foot, and he is also famous for his ability to KICK the rim.

Let me know what you think of his dunks by leaving a comment below.

LeBron James Getting Dunked On By NBA Players

(Shout-out to Heyward for giving me the link to this video)

First of all, I want you to know that I have nothing against LeBron James.

In fact, I think he is one of top 2 players in the NBA right now, alongside Kobe Bryant.

After watching this video, I have to give it to LeBron – he ALWAYS goes for the block.

This is a great defensive attitude, because it shows that he wants to make a play… even if it means getting embarrassed by being dunked on.

Which is why I never understood why he had the Jordan Crawford dunk video confiscated.

He had been dunked on before, so it’s wasn’t anything new.

Anyway, I think LeBron needs to be applauded for always going for the block.

What do you think?

At Last! Video Of LeBron James Getting Dunked On Is Finally Leaked

Finally, the video of Jordan Crawford dunking on LeBron James gets leaked.

If you don’t know the back story to this fiasco, here it is…

A few weeks ago, LeBron got dunked on by Jordan Crawford, a college kid out of Xavier.

This happened at the LeBron James Skills Academy, a camp organized by King James himself.

After the dunk, LeBron told Nike executives to confiscate all the videos from reporters, so that nobody could see the dunk.

Most people thought this was extremely childish of him, because getting dunked on happens to everybody, and he should have just let it go.

Well, the folks at Ebaum Nation leaked the video today.

It’s not the best of videos, and it’s a crappy angle, but you can clearly see LeBron getting dunked on.

Personally, I don’t see the dunk as being anything special, and I don’t see what the big deal was.

What do you think?

Lebron James Gets Dunked On By Jordan Crawford and Confiscates The Video

This past Monday, it was reported that LeBron James got dunked on by Jordan Crawford during a pick-up game at ‘Bron’s basketball camp.

Jordan Crawford is a sophomore at Xavier college.

The dunk was apparently NASTY.

LeBron decided to talk to Nike executives and have all the video confiscated from the camp.

You can read the full article from Yahoo! here :

LeBron James Gets Dunked On By Jordan Crawford

I think that this was the wrong move by LeBron.

He was trying to protect his image and avoid embarrasment, but I still disagree.

Because, if he just let it go, the video would have made it to YouTube and other internet sites.

We would have all had a BIG laugh for a while but it would have eventually calmed down.

By confiscating the video, he made the dunk ascend to ‘legendary’ status, because now the WHOLE WORLD wants to see the dunk!

It also does wonders for Crawford’s exposure.

Something tells me the video will find its way to YouTube.

What do you think of this?
