Everyone has heard of depth jumps and done them many times, but how many athletes do you know who perform upper body depth jumps?
Just as lower body plyometric strength is important in developing quickness and explosion in your legs, you need the same quickness and explosion in your upper body if you want to reach your athletic potential.
The best dunkers in the world have incredible upper body strength, and if you want to have a 40+ inch vertical, you need to consider adding upper body plyos to your workouts.
