Hey John. They are both great programs, but if I had to pick one, I’d say the Jump Manual. The reason is because it goes into more detail, and talks about diet, theory, etc. The Flying In Four pretty much focuses on the workouts, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Hope this helps.

When you buy the jump manual people say you need a password and username do you need those two things to always access your jump manual when you buy it if not then what is it for?

Hey Nick. Nah, you only need to put the username and password once to unlock it.

I am so glad to see the Top 5 Exercises have Squats and Deadlifts in there. Too many people avoid these exercises and yet they are two of the best for pretty much any goal. Nice list.
