    i play so much football(soccer) and am constantly training (3x a day) doing weights, the jump manual, interval training/fitness and training obviously with he ball as wll as balance/core work but one thing thaat is missing from all this is speed training. Do you think you can help me by finding the right speed drills for my sport and replace themm wiith other excercises so i feel the full benefit? please
