This makes no sense you say doing ladders isn't effective they how is doing lateral line hops and wideouts any different from doing ladders well specifically wideouts that you demonstrated look the same as an exercise we do on the ladder the only difference is that on the ladder you are moving forward while doing it and in the other you are stationary while preforming the exercise. I get the point but the exercises you choice do not speak to that point without explanation of the seemingly subtle difference.

Hey Dennis. TAQ is a digital product, meaning you download it to your computer (no physical copy will be delivered in the mail). You should have got an email with instructions on how to download the product. Did you get it? Let me know if you didn't and I'll get in touch with Alex and he will sort you out.

I would agree with most of that workout minus the ankle weights. It's very old school and the separation of the knee capsule that takes place upon takeoff is bad because the joint can be opened up and possibly compacted upon landing in a bad position. Also you should switch the position of the RDL's and Calf raises and include a warm up that has some CNS stimulating effect for the specificity of the following workout.

Athletes' Performance Institute is the No. 1 Training Facility in the world. I recommend it for anyone. Your Most important Jumping and Running is your GLUTES. They use the Agility Ladder at Athletes' Performance Institute and Speed Hurdles. JUMPSOLES and STRENGTH SHOES don't help. They only train your calves which aren't very important. If I had to pick which vertical jump program was the best i would pick w/o going to a sports performance place and all you need is your local gym i would pick MVP Vertical Jump Program from Strength and Conditioning Coach Alen Stien. Please use my advice. I also recommend the Core Performance Book by Mark Verstegen. Make sure you do a proper warmup and I recommend Foam Roll and Dynamic Stretching. For faster recovery consume at least 20g of protien after workout and a gatorade within 20 min after workout. Contrast Therapy is also great. Cold Plunge 2 min then hot tub 1 min. Repeat 3x. Thankyou for your time.....

man some of this guy's stuff is such BS about not being able to get faster. you can get faster just like you can get stronger its not genetically decided whether you can get faster. Your genetics will give you a maximum but they wont decide if you can get faster. The ladder stuff that he talks about almost made me shoot myself. It does transfer over, you dont just build agility for that one excersize. How come professional athletes use the ladder and they get results? If it didn't work somewhere along the line professional people would realize it. Don't mean to bash on their product but think about what they say before you put your money out.

The video talks about strength coming from your big toe by pushing off of. So if you are pigeon toed you will never gain that advantage?
Being pigeon toed and pushing off your feet it is on the outside or smaller toes since your feet point in.

if your a beginner, you need to focus on isolating muscle groups in order to get stronger, such as, doing hamstrings, anterior tibialis, biceps, and major back muscles one day, and quads/calves/tricep/chest next day, if you work contradicting muscles at the same time, your just going to get yourself hurt and then unmotivated to work more/slower results, however that being said, if you have been in athletics your whole life and been an active person all around your whole life, than your muscles are probably primed enough to handle contradicting workouts, but seriously, ask any bulk ass dude you see, ask them if they isolate muscle groups, i guarantee the answer will be a confident YES

I do not see what was so special about this. There are much better programs out there and I personally could have put something together like that for 40 bones. The information is good for a quickness standpoint but you can hardly consider this worth the money as it is only one part of your overall athletic ability. It just reminds me of a dumbed down VJB but it has videos showing how to do the exercises. Its simple plyos guys, dont buy into the hype cuz it id definitely not worth the money

Great drills, i've used them on my athletes and have seen measureable increase. I am concerned that i may have over-looked the recovery of the athletes. Could you please clarify the pros and cons in this subject.
