Jumpers knee

Jumpers knee

Jumpers knee a.k.a patellar tendonitis, is one of the most frustrating injuries for athletes like you and me.

It makes it extremely painful and sometimes almost impossible to run and jump.

I’ve personally suffered from tendonitis on my left knee, and it began when I did a certain vertical jump program when I was 16 years old (if you follow this blog, you will know what program that is).

The injury caused me to lose several inches on my vertical jump, and took me out of action for a whole year.

Anyway, I’ve compiled a list of the different ways to prevent and treat this common injury.

You can read it here.

If you want to jump higher for your sport, it’s important to know how to prevent and cure this common injury.

Learn how to do this now before it’s too late.

Do Jumpsoles Really Make You Jump Higher?

Jumpsoles System

Jumpsoles System

I have been an avid reader of SLAM magazine for the past 12 or so years.

It’s a great magazine with really cool articles on basketball, from high school to the pros.

I will never forget the first day I saw the Jumpsoles ad in my SLAM mag.

I was completely amazed that I could simply attach this platform thingy on my shoe and it would help me increase my vertical jump by 5-10 inches!

It made a lot of sense, saying that the device would elevate my heels and put all my body weight on my calves and achilles tendons, making them stronger and more explosive.

This would then give me cat like quickness and make me jump higher and dunk like crazy!

I put off buying the Jumpsoles for YEARS, but every month as I read my new issue of SLAM, the ads kept getting to me.

Finally, I decided to buy them.

I saved up some money and ordered my first pair of Jumpsoles.

The package arrived on time, and I ripped open the box to get started immediately.

I laced up my favorite basketball sneakers and warmed up by jogging on the spot as I read the instructions manual.

I excitedly attached the platforms to my shoes, and began my workout…

After a few weeks of using the program, I had mixed feelings and results, which I talk about in my Jumpsoles review.

Air Alert is arguably the most popular vertical jump program on the market today.

From horror stories of serious injuries to blockbuster endorsements by NBA players like Baron Davis and Larry Hughes, it is also the most controversial program of them all.

Created in 1991 by TMT sports, Air Alert was the first vertical jump program on the market.

It is practically the godfather of vertical jump programs…

It was (and still is) hugely successful, and has sold thousands of programs around the world.

Despite the program’s success, the internet is full of stories from both sides of the fence.

Some users swear by Air Alert and claim that it worked wonders in making them jump higher.

However, most users claim that it doesn’t work at all, and that it leads to serious injury.

Which of these views are correct?

Does Air Alert really increase your vertical jump by 8-14 inches?

Find out today by reading our comprehensive review here.
