Flying In 4 Review
Flying In Four is a vertical jump program by Kelly Baggett and Alex Maroko.
Kelly is a vertical jump expert who has also authored the best selling Vertical Jump Bible.
Alex is also a sports training expert who has authored the Truth About Quickness Insider’s System and the Effective Ball Handling Program.
Kelly is regarded as the foremost authority when it comes to vertical jump training.
He is highly respected by everyone in the industry, and his first program, the Vertical Jump Bible, has helped thousands of athletes around the world increase their jumping ability.
However, he created VJB several years ago…
Although the information is still valid and still works wonders, Kelly has made several new discoveries and breakthroughs that he hasn’t told anyone about.
He is going to put these discoveries in his followup program: Vertical Jump Bible 2.0
However, this program will take several years to make, and we will have to wait a long time before we can get our hands on VJB 2.0.
This his why Kelly teamed up with Alex Maroko to create the Flying In Four Program.
This program contains all the new discoveries Kelly has made over the past few years, without the “theory” or “science” behind the workouts.
It’s a straight to the point, 28-Day vertical jump program that will increase your vertical jump by 4 inches.
It has 3 separate 28-Day programs built into it:
- Beginners Program.
- Intermediate Program.
- Advanced program.
What I Liked About The Program
The first thing I liked about the program was how straight to the point it is.
Most vertical jump programs contain pages upon pages of theory and “fluff”, and 2 pages of workouts.
You WON’T find ANY of this in the Flying In Four program.
There is literally ZERO theory and ZERO fluff. What you get is 28 days of straight workouts, and you will be told exactly what you need to do every day.
This is a summary of what the program looks like:
START —> Day 1 – do this, Day 2 – do this, Day 3 – do this……….Day 28-do this ——> END
Of course, you get a description of the exercises, pictures and videos, but there is literally ZERO fluff.
I also love the bonuses that come with the program.
These are the best bonuses I have ever seen in a vertical jump program.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get the deluxe version of the program so you can get all the bonuses.
All the bonuses are great, but my favorite is the One-On-One coaching with Alex and Kelly.
You get this free for the first 30 days, after which you pay a small monthly fee (that you can cancel anytime you want).
You will get personal access to Alex and Kelly, where you can email them your most burning questions.
Every month, they will record a live Q&A session, where you can listen in and hear the answers to your specific questions.
Kelly will also be revealing his latest discoveries during this call.
You will also receive an mp3 of the call, so you can keep listening to it over and over again if you want.
In my opinion, this is worth the price of the program by itself.
Because several athletes pay Alex and Kelly a fortune to get this level of access to them, and you get this for a fraction of the cost if you buy the program.
What I Disliked About The Program
I didn’t really “dislike” anything about the program. However, no program is perfect, and Flying In Four is no different.
The only thing that I can say is missing from the program is the lack of explanation of the theory behind the program.
However, as Kelly says on pg. 100 (deluxe version):
“If you want to understand all the theory these workouts are based on stay tuned for the Vertical Jump Bible 2.0 at some point in the future”
Personally, I like the program the way it is, because I’m sick and tired of all those programs that are 90% theory and only 10% of real content (workouts).
This makes Flying In Four a welcome breath of fresh air in the vertical jump training community.
Flying In Four is a GREAT vertical jump program.
I highly recommend it to any athlete that is serious about increasing their vertical jump.
It is straight to the point, and contains ZERO fluff.
I can confidently say that if you follow the program and do exactly what you are told for the 28-day duration, you will jump 4+ inches higher.
