Flying In Four is a vertical jump program by Kelly Baggett and Alex Maroko.
Kelly is a vertical jump expert who has also authored the best selling Vertical Jump Bible.

What I Liked About The Program

What I Disliked About The Program
I didn’t really “dislike” anything about the program. However, no program is perfect, and Flying In Four is no different.
The only thing that I can say is missing from the program is the lack of explanation of the theory behind the program.
However, as Kelly says on pg. 100 (deluxe version):
“If you want to understand all the theory these workouts are based on stay tuned for the Vertical Jump Bible 2.0 at some point in the future”
Personally, I like the program the way it is, because I’m sick and tired of all those programs that are 90% theory and only 10% of real content (workouts).
This makes Flying In Four a welcome breath of fresh air in the vertical jump training community.
