The Jump Manual is a regarded as the #1 vertical jump program for many reasons.
To begin with, Jacob Hiller, the creator of the program, clearly knows his stuff.
He is on the cutting-edge of vertical jump training, and he is widely regarded as the top vertical jump expert in the world.
He is also very good at explaining things and making everything in the program very easy to understand and implement.
The Jump Manual is also packaged very well.
It is an eBook, with many great features included (like interactive videos)
When you buy the book, you will get a link to download the program to your computer.
You will then be able to access the program anytime you want from your computer
The topics covered in the program include:
- How to jump higher by learning proper jumping mechanics.
- Why most athletes fail to increase their vertical jump…and why YOU don’t have to.
- How to easily manage your diet and post-workout recovery for maximum vertical jump gains.
- The best exercises, plyometrics, stretching routines & quickness drills for maximum explosion.
The Jump Manual also contains a wide variety of exercises that are fun to do, unlike most programs which are full of boring, repetitive exercises.
There is also a body-weight only program for those who don’t want to train with weights.
This is a great option for young athletes in their early teens.
The workouts in the Jump Manual are designed with one purpose only:
To Give You Maximum Vertical Jump Explosion
However, the main reason why the Jump Manual is the best program is NOT because it has new exercises you have never heard of before.
The “Secret Sauce” is not in the exercises — because you have probably heard of some of them — but rather in how the program makes you do these exercises.
The Jump Manual shows you the PROPER ways of doing these exercises in the RIGHT dosage for maximum vertical jump gains.
The bonuses that come with the program are also great.
If you are a basketball player like me, you will love the interview with NBA Shooting Coach Dave Hopla, especially when he reveals how he regularly shoots 99% from the field.
No matter what sport you play, you will love the interview with Peak Performance Psychologist Dr. Patrick Cohn.
I’m sure you know that a large part of sports is MENTAL, and Dr. Cohn with show you simple ways to get the right mindset to dominate your competition.
In my opinion, the best part of the program is the free one-on-one coaching.
If you have any questions or concern, you can email or reach Jacob directly via email or Skype.
I haven’t seen any other vertical jump expert that is this accessible, and it shows how much Jacob cares about the success of his athletes.
It’s also important to note that like anything in life, the Jump Manual is not perfect.
I found it difficult to print out the various sections of the program, but this was the only ‘problem’ I had with the program.
The bottom line is that the Jump Manual is a great vertical jump program.
I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to jump higher, especially if they have failed with other programs before.

This website was most probably created by a jump manual employee because it says tha Air Alert 4 doesn’t work on atheletes but it did for me and i haven’t heard any positive comments about jump manual other than here!
July 24, 2011 at 1:54 pm
Hey Lambert. I’m the owner of this blog, and I’m NOT a Jump Manual employee. Also, all the comments you see on this page are from actual Jump Manual customers that used the program. I personally used Air Alert 2 and it really messed up my knees. That’s my personal reason why I don’t like the Air Alert brand. I’m happy it worked for you though. All the best.
July 25, 2011 at 3:47 am
How did your knees get messed up? Because my knees got messed up way before i used the program and i still play with messed up knees. but for me this pain is right under the knee cap is it similar to yours?
August 29, 2011 at 10:06 pm
could be patellar tendonitis. I’ve had it for a while in my right knee, and I’ve found warming up alot and icing at night helps.

Hey Dan, I am intrested in buying The Jump Manual. If I dont have accsess to a weigh room, do I need to have certain objects to help me with the workouts ?
December 3, 2011 at 12:26 am
hi, im 5’11″ almost 6ft and want to dunk really badly im about half an inch from touching the rim.my question is how high will my vertical leap be after the program. U see i don’t wanna be a rimgrazer just at least a decent dunker u no what i mean. Also do you need a weight room or any special equipment or are the exercises just using your body
December 9, 2011 at 12:07 pm
There are non weight alternatives to all the exercises.

Jacob, I am 17 and I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. I am in the weight room every day and i play basketball every night for 2 hours a night. Over time I have noticed my vertical increace not sure if its cause of heighth or the overall effort i put into my workouts and basketball. I am almost 6’4 and I can barely dunk it one hand when im not in A game, I am very serious about buying your product if it is a real product and you are really trying to help. I dont know what my vertical is cause i dont have anyway to measure it. but if i can dunk and im 6’4 im guessing about 20ish if you would reply via email my email is AUSTINRANDALL32@gmail.com i should get back to you within a day. Dan I would like an email from you to if you dont mind just to ensure the fact that its real i will not spam you.
Thanks, Randall

I was about to order the Jump Manual today on my laptop but as I was reading the bottom of the order form it says that it recorded my geographical location. I’m home for winter break from college and was wondering if the program will work when I go back to school?
January 11, 2012 at 9:27 pm
Yes it will work @Travis.
January 12, 2012 at 11:50 am
I will purchase when is the best days to contact you after i purchase it? I will purchase it tomorrow after i get paid. I look forward to our one on one interactions. I am a very dedicated athlete. I put basketball ahead of everything.
January 16, 2012 at 9:52 pm
I am 14 years old and my muscles are still developing. I can get about 3 inches above the rim. Would this program be good for me now or should I wait a few more years?
January 17, 2012 at 4:54 am
just a question. The jump manual is only available for 60 days after we buy it? or are only the bonuses available for 60 days? thanks
January 18, 2012 at 1:11 am
Hi Eddie. No, the program is available forever once you buy it (including the bonuses). The 60 days is the refund period i.e. if you don’t like the program for some reason, you can get a full refund if you request it any time before 60 days is up. Thanks.
January 18, 2012 at 11:55 pm
I am 20 years old and play college club volleyball. We only practice twice a week, but I also am going to start weight lifting at least 3 days a week. and am also in kick boxing and jujitsu which im going to do 3-4 times a week. Would adding this in be too much for me to get benefits from the program? I really want to improve my vertical so I can come out banging hard for my lsat nationals tourney this season.
January 29, 2012 at 4:35 pm
I am 14 years old and can touch the rim. I am 5’7 and wanted to buy this program to improve my vert. Should I buy it or wait?
January 29, 2012 at 11:00 pm
Hi, I am 6’2, 17 years old, and my vertical is currently 41 inches. Can I still gain a lot from following this program? If so, about how many inches?
January 30, 2012 at 1:18 pm
Dylan if your vertical is 41 inches you probably won’t get any more from this. Besides thats probably bull shit that its 41 inches
February 6, 2012 at 8:02 pm
My vert is 41 inches and growing…with 2 steps I can get my head within 5 inches of the rim. Just because you can’t do it doesn’t mean I’m lying, faggot.
February 3, 2012 at 10:00 pm
Is your last name Kaufmann by any chance? lol
February 3, 2012 at 10:02 pm

October 10, 2012 at 11:41 am
Once you buy the program is it only accessible on the computer you purchase it on??? For example,Would we have to buy another copy of the program if our computer crashes or gets a virus???
December 11, 2012 at 3:55 am
Hi Jacob
I’m purchasing your jump manual and just wanted to know if it is ok to do other weights whilst doing the 12week program or would you recommend to strictly follow the program and nothing else? I’m of new Zealand background I’m 6’4 and 106kg I can One handed on fast breaks and when I gas players, I can’t wait to start and see results. I’ll keep in touch
February 8, 2013 at 2:48 pm
Its very convincing but i still have doubts. Probably because everything is a scam on the internet.
