The Pareto Principle

The Pareto Principle

Today, I want to tell you about the number 1
vertical jump training rule that almost NOBODY knows about.

The cool thing is that this rule doesn’t just apply to vert training.

It applies to EVERYTHING in life.

The rule was accidentally discovered by an Italian economist called Vilfredo Pareto when he noticed that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the population.

When he thought about this in more detail, he discovered that this applied to everything in life.

This gave to birth what is today called the 80/20 rule, or the Pareto Principle.

It’s the basis of the logic that working smarter is better than working harder.

I’ve written a short article that explains exactly how this 80/20 rule applies to vertical jump training, and how you can take full advantage of the rule to maximize your vertical leap gains.

It will give you a real short-cut to improving your vertical and jumping higher.
