		<description>you gotta stretch that ankle to regain flexibility and remove scar tissue.  The more flexible that ankle the better chance you have of being explosive when you take off.</description>

		<description>squats, bulgarian squats, and stepups are the best bang for your buck exercises, But if you do them all then it would be overtraining the hamstrings and not getting workouts in the quads and calfs which are quite important as well.  I think the way in which you workout has way more effect on your VJ than anything else.</description>
