If you are like me, you have spent months or even years training to improve your vertical jump.
You have invested hundreds of dollars in vertical jump programs that promised to increase your vertical by “8-14 inches”.
All this has left you confused as to what exercises really work to improve your vertical jump…
If you are like me, you are extremely frustrated with the sheer amount of so called “vertical jump exercises” and you are tired of all those ‘good-for-nothing-but-take-your-hard-earned-money’ vertical jump programs.
After years testing different vertical jump programs and the exercises found within them, I have narrowed down the top 7 vertical jump exercises that you can immediately add to your training to see dramatic improvements in your vertical leap.
These are TESTED and PROVEN exercises that are guaranteed to improve your vertical leap, so make sure you add them to your current training regimen.
I have personally used these exercises to take my vertical jump to the 40 inch mark.

Hi! Well, I am about to start with the exercises today afternoon, but I would like to know something about it first: You said that is really important to rest the muscles so they can recuperate and grow, my question is: Is it ok working out 3 times at week with these exercises? and Is it ok to work out all of them in one day? I mean like bench press and all upper body at the same day of the legs and lower body? and then rest? Does that make sends? Please tell me, I just want to do the right thing for my muscle, because once I start I will complete focus on this.
Thank you very much.

Hey Juan. It all depends on your experience level of training. If you are only doing these 7 exercises, I would do this: Lower body exercises twice a week. So do the squats, deadlifts, and depth jumps twice a week (e.g. Monday, Friday) and then do the upper body exercises on Wednesday (bench press, pullups). I would leave Tuesday and Thursday for rest. Hope this helps.

Wsup Rashawn. I’m currently recovering from a back injury I suffered while training brazilian jiujitsu, but I’ll try and make one after I heal up and return to the courts. CONGRATS on gaining 6 inches to your vertical! Keep me updated on your progress.
