I recently got the vert project v3 and ive gained an inch! in a week(i havent even started i just did abs and one supper exercise as luke calls it.

So do the squats, deadlifts, and depth jumps twice a week (e.g. Monday, Friday) and then do the upper body exercises on Wednesday (bench press, pullups). I would leave Tuesday and Thursday for rest.
