Thanks for bringing a little Christmas Spirit to verticaljumpzone.com. I’m glad you can make it that little bit easier for us ground bound people to become sky rocketing jumpers but there is one problem. This stuff is all fine and dandy but I need some serious work out material, like the squat flex…have you seen the video on that! The guys in the video are bustin’ out sick dunks and one of em’ is only 5″10! I want to jump high so I need a squat flex but it’s near $500.00. If only Santa Clause would bring me a discount on that! (wink wink nudge nudge)

the part about the training feeling correct but having minimal gain, and training feling incorrect but having maximum gain is so true. I think discipline does have a greater habilitation on a persons ability to perform higher. blessed

I bought the jump manual in the christmas sale for $35 and guess wat!!!!!
I CANT ACCSES IT because my emails got deleted and my username and password were lost and i cant see the workouts or any other of the information of the jump manual
IF U COULD GIVE ME BACK MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD(which would be great) because thats $35 of my money gone and my off season training gone
