Vertical Jump Programs

Air Alert is arguably the most popular vertical jump program on the market today.

From horror stories of serious injuries to blockbuster endorsements by NBA players like Baron Davis and Larry Hughes, it is also the most controversial program of them all.

Created in 1991 by TMT sports, Air Alert was the first vertical jump program on the market.

It is practically the godfather of vertical jump programs…

It was (and still is) hugely successful, and has sold thousands of programs around the world.

Despite the program’s success, the internet is full of stories from both sides of the fence.

Some users swear by Air Alert and claim that it worked wonders in making them jump higher.

However, most users claim that it doesn’t work at all, and that it leads to serious injury.

Which of these views are correct?

Does Air Alert really increase your vertical jump by 8-14 inches?
